May is Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month

Who can resist the lure of a sunny spring day? When the weather is nice, it's natural to head outdoors to enjoy it. What seems to come less naturally, though, is protecting your skin before you go out. It's simple to apply sunscreen and put on a hat -- but too many people skip these easy steps, even when they're going to be outside for a long time.
